سياسة الفندقة / التحضين

بتأكيد الحجز، فإنك توافق على الشروط الموضحة في سياسة الفندقة / التحضين، بما في ذلك:

  • عدم تحمل المسؤولية في حال الوفاة لأسباب صحية أو طبيعية خارجة عن الإرادة.
  • الالتزام بمواعيد الاستلام والدفع.
  • خصم 20% في حال الإلغاء بعد تأكيد الحجز.
  • احتساب يوم إضافي تلقائيًا في حال التأخير عن الاستلام.
  • في حال عدم التواصل خلال 48 ساعة من انتهاء المدة، يحق للإدارة التصرف بالحيوان / الكائن.
 Boarding / Hosting Policy

By confirming this booking, you agree to the terms outlined in our boarding/hosting policy, including:

  • We are not liable in the event of death from health reasons or natural causes beyond our control.
  • Commitment to the agreed pick-up time and payment.
  • A 20% deduction applies if the booking is cancelled after confirmation.
  • An extra day is automatically charged for late pick-up.
  • If we're unable to reach you within 48 hours of the boarding period ending, management reserves the right to make arrangements regarding the animal.
